The Board of Directors of the Breckenridge Mountain Metropolitan District, including Subdistrict A, will hold its Annual Meeting pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. The Annual Meeting is open to the public.

The Annual Meeting will include a discussion of the status of public infrastructure projects, a presentation about the District‘s and Subdistrict’s outstanding debt, and a presentation of the District’s and Subdistrict’s current financial statements. There will also be an open forum to provide members of the public with an opportunity to ask questions about the District and Subdistrict.
While a quorum of the Board may be in attendance at the Annual Meeting, no deliberations or decisions will be conducted by the Board of Directors during the meeting.
